Eligibility
Applicants must be U.S. military veterans or active duty service members residing in the DMV region. We prioritize those who have transitioned from active duty and are seeking stable, independent living.
Stability
We require a demonstrated history of stability and a commitment to personal growth. Applicants must be able to manage their responsibilities and maintain a respectful relationship with their neighbors.
Financial Literacy
Residents must possess the ability to manage their household budget and understand the responsibilities of independent living. Financial literacy is a critical component of our resident success program.
Residential History
Applicants must have a clean record of residential history. We do not accept individuals with a history of repeated homelessness or significant criminal activity that would pose a risk to our community.
